Release of Version 1.3.0

Multi-Streamer at IBC2024

The International Broadcast Convention (IBC) 2024 in Amsterdam is underway! Over the next few days, we’ll be showcasing our Multi-Streamer software live in action. Visit us at our booth (3.D59A) to see real-time stream monitoring on different abstraction layers, any-to-any conversion and broadcasting. Stop by and get your questions answered by our team.

Release of Version 1.3.0

Release of version 1.5.0

Today, we released version 1.5 of our Multi-Streamer software with the following specials:

  • support for SDI capture/playback cards from Bluefish444, a detailed list of tested capture and playback cards can be found here
  • detailed statistics per individual muxer (including the used pts/dts values and the measured outgoing video/audio bit rate per sub stream)
  • improved general support for RTMP streaming (e.g., also allow HEVC, AV1, VP8 and VP9 for inputs and HEVC for outputs)
  • improved support for outgoing streams containing both reencoded and copied video/audio sub streams in parallel

It’s finally there – Multi-Streamer is now available for macOS!

We released version 1.4 of our Multi-Streamer software, which is now also available for macOS (Apple silicon). After several months of intensive development and testing, this version marks an important milestone as it extends support to all three major desktop platforms: Windows, Linux, and macOS.

In addition to macOS compatibility, this update brings significant stability and usability improvements as well as several real-time user interface enhancements. This release is one of our most comprehensive to date and ensures an even smoother and more efficient user experience.

Multi-Streamer is now ready for massive stream observation!

After receiving several feedback from customers, we improved our Multi-Streamer software to prepare it better for monitoring and controlling a large number of simultaneous streams. Dive into the world of multi-streaming and try the new version 1.3 now!

Release of version 1.2.0

Linux version is up and running! SMPTE ST 2110 is on its way.

After a long test period we published the first version of Multi-Streamer also for Linux. Starting with this 1.2 release we will publish all future versions also for the beautiful Penguin operating system with special focus on server setups and remote control. For an even better server support, we plan to also release a special version for Docker containers in the next couple of weeks.

Besides the huge Linux topic, we were in 1.2 also focusing on SMPTE 2110 support based on BlackMagic DeckLink hardware. More additional features around ST 2110 will follow in the next releases.
